You must be 18 years or older and have full legal capacity to contract in order to create an account on the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering and for keeping it updated. Some accounts (such as supplier accounts) are subject to review and approval by our team before activation. Creating more than one account for the same person or entity without our explicit permission is not allowed.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
B2B HS SYRIA is an intermediary platform that enables communication and negotiation between buyers and suppliers, and is not a party to any sale or purchase contract concluded between them. We are not responsible for product quality, accuracy of descriptions, delivery timelines, or any commercial dispute arising between users; verifying suppliers and the terms of dealing with them is the responsibility of the users themselves.
Users must provide accurate and truthful information, must not impersonate any other party, and must not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. Suppliers must provide accurate descriptions of products, prices, and supply terms, and must honor what they agree with buyers. Buyers must pay agreed amounts and communicate in good faith with suppliers.
It is prohibited to use the Platform to list unlawful products, post abusive or misleading content, attempt to hack or manipulate the system, collect other users' data for unauthorized purposes, or circumvent the Platform's fees or mechanisms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice in serious cases.
Content published by a user (such as product images and descriptions) remains their property, while granting the Platform a non-exclusive license to display that content within the service. The \"B2B HS SYRIA\" trademark, website design, and logos remain the property of HS Smart Group and may not be used without prior written permission.
The Platform may charge fees for certain paid services or plans, which will be disclosed when subscribing to them. Financial transactions between buyer and supplier (payment and transfer of ownership) take place directly between them or through agreed payment methods, and the Platform is not a party to such transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Platform is provided \"as is\" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform or from any commercial transaction between users, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides inaccurate information, or is suspected of fraudulent activity, without prejudice to any financial or legal obligations owed by the user prior to suspension or termination. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal or operational changes. Any update will be posted on this page along with the last revision date, and your continued use of the Platform after an update is posted constitutes implicit acceptance of it.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from them will first be settled amicably, and failing that, referred to the competent judicial authority.
